Focus Fitness and Massage Studio Gym has been operating out of Firth Park Sporting Complex, Somerset Drive, Mudgeeraba since 2004 under the leadership of Norm Cavanagh.
Focus Fitness is Mudgeeraba’s only gym located in spectacular surroundings in the heart of Mudgeeraba, only minutes from supermarkets, excellent restaurants and cafes.
A favourite venue for the locals as well as visitors to the Gold Coast, our Mudgeeraba gym offers a relaxed family environment.
We offer Personal Training, Gym Memberships, Group Sessions and Massage.
