People of all ages and sizes and levels of fitness attend our gym. It’s a family affair. It’s locally owned and operated by Norm Cavanagh, who you’ll see every day helping out clients, at this fabulous premises in the sporting complex at Firth Park, in Mudgeeraba.

Whether he’s doing personal training, or running a boot camp, Norm understands the benefit of exercise and activity. He’s seen the results from overweight and unfit clients attending his gym.

Because, let’s face it, being active helps you stay healthy. There’s only a few people that really want to go to the gym for the sake of attending a local gym in the Robina, Mudgeeraba, Worongary area - our clients attend the gym because they enjoy the exercise programs, classes and personal trainng programs
